Company History

Agri-Trend has been building its Precision Management Process™(PMP) for over 5 years under the wing of Agri-Trend Agrology and offered through Agri-Coaches.  Throughout this time they have incorporated some of the best technologies for farmers and some of the most sustainable and profitable actions around managing field variability.  It didn't take long to realize that there were people out there who had a passion for the geospatial technologies and precision farming that could support Agri-Trend Coaches, Ag-Businesses and their farm customers.  Believing strongly in the value of working in your core competency, in 2010, Agri-Trend launched a formal Geo-Coach program.  It is the role of Agri-Trend Geo Solutions Inc. to support our Geo-Coaches and Industry Support Programs with "All things GEO.  

As the first Geo-Coach, ATGSI president Warren Bills proved that there was a role for such an individual by working through his company GeoFarm Solutions Inc. in a bolt-on model with Agri-Trend.  Working closely with the Agri-Trend Network since 2006, this bolt-on has now moved forward as a powerful business collaboration as Agri-Trend Geo Solutions Inc. (ATGSI). 

With head office based in Calgary, AB, ATGSI is moving forward with vision, experience, and programs that will super cede previous precision farming experiences or attempted one-hit wonders.  It's technology and agronomics together that allow this to happen and at Agri-Trend we have this figured out.
